我院2007—2009年喹诺酮类药应用分析

Utilization of Quinolones in Our Hospital from 2007 to 2009

目的:评价我院喹诺酮类药的应用现状及趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量方法,对我院2007-2009年喹诺酮类药的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果:喹诺酮类药销售金额在抗菌药物中所占比例逐年下降。3年来,在口服喹诺酮类药中,销售金额、DDDs排序列前3位的依次是洛美沙星片、加替沙星胶囊、左氧氟沙星片(国产);在注射喹诺酮类药中,销售金额、DDDs排序列前4位的均有左氧氟沙星注射液(国产)、环丙沙星氯化钠注射液、氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液。结论:我院喹诺酮类药应用基本合理,但仍应进一步加强其使用监管。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization and tendency of quinolones in our hospital. METHODS： Using DDD meth- od, the utilization of quinolones in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug variety, consump- tion sum, DDDs and DDC, etc. RESULTS： The percentages of the consumption sum of quinolone in antibiotic drugs decreased year by year. Over the 3 years, the first 3 quinolones oral agents in the list of consumption sum and DDDs were Lomefloxacin tab- lets, Gatifloxacin capsules and Levofloxacin tablets （domestic）. The first 4 quinolones for injection in the list of consumption sum and DDDs included Levofloxacin injection（domestic）, Ciprofloxacin sodium chloride injection, Fleroxacin glucose injection. CON CLUSION： The application of quinolone in our hospital is reasonable but should be strengthened in respect of the management of drug use.
