我院2008—2010年复方帕吉林片与其他抗高血压药应用比较

Comparative Analysis of Compound Pargyline Tablets with other Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital from 2008 to 2010

目的:了解我院复方帕吉林片与其他抗高血压药的应用情况。方法:对我院2008-2010年复方帕吉林片的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额/DDDs排序比与其他常用抗高血压药进行比较,并通过问卷方式对该药的应用情况进行调查、分析。结果:复方帕吉林片的销售金额和DDDs逐年增长,居我院抗高血压药应用的第1位;问卷调查显示,患者对该品种价格及降压效果均满意,在常用抗高血压药品种中居首位。结论:复方帕吉林片在我院就诊高血压患者中与其他常用抗血压药比较应用情况良好。

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of Compound pargyline tablets and other antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010. METHODS： The consumption sum, DDDs and their ratio of Compound pargyline tablets in our hospi- tal from 2008 to 2010 were compared with other antihypertensive drugs. The utilization of Compound pargyline tablets was investi- gated and analyzed by questionnaires survey. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of Compound pargyline tablets increased year by year and took up the first place in our hospital. Results of questionnaires survey showed that patients satisfied with the price and therapeutic efficacy of Compound pargyline tablets. It occupied the first place among common antihypertensive drugs. CON- CLUSION： The utilization of Compound pargyline tablets in hypertension patients in our hospital is better than other antihypertensive drugs.
