2月16日，河北省省长陈全国在全省对外开放大会上表示，要把河北打造成名副其实的沿海开放大省和强省，并确立了包括着力推进招商引资，最大限度地利用好省内外、境内外、国内外资金等五项目标。区域融合，物流先行。

Since the Chinese reform,Hebei Province has paid great attention on the cooperation with peripheral provinces and areas,especially Beijing and Tianjin.In order to reinforce the cooperation with Beijing and take in the shift of industries of Beijing,in the last year,Hebei government decided to reinforce the industrial development in areas around Beijing.For this target,Hebei Province founded a coordination organ for work on organizing and promoting the construction of logistics parks.Recently,work on attracting bid for investments in the above logistics parks has begun;however,the work does not go so smoothly as we wish.
