摘要
"民间教育学"是非官方的、未进入科学化的教育理论体系和制度化的教育实践系统的,以观念形态或实践形态存在的教育学知识;流传在民间的原初的、朴素的教育观念、教育方式,是劳动人民在长期的教育活动和生活实践中形成的教育思想与教育经验;其存在方式类别有显性知识和隐性知识。"民间教育学"的基础之一是"民间心理学",包括可以相互转化的缄默知识和显性知识。民间教育学具有育德、益智、审美等教育价值,反映历史上一代又一代人的教育经验;传承人民的教育智慧,支配人们教育活动。民间教育学学习可直接学习显性知识,显性知识隐性化,学习他人的隐性知识,隐性知识显性化;学习中宜采取分析的态度和方法,吸取其合乎科学的内容,舍弃陈腐的落后的东西。
Fork pedagogy is a non-official,unscientific education theory system;it is the primary and plain educational knowledge of the institutionalized education practice system that is spread among people in the form of idea or practice;it is the education thoughts and experience that is formed in the long-term education and life practice of working people;and it can be expressed in the forms of overt knowledge and covert knowledge.One of the foundations of folk pedagogy is folk psychology including the overt and covert knowledge that can be mutually transformed.Folk pedagogy has the education values of fostering morality,facilitating intellectual development and improving the aesthetic appreciation ability;it reflects the historical education experience accumulated from one generation to another,conveys people's education wisdom and dominates people's education activities.To learn folk pedagogy,one can directly learn the overt knowledge and make it covert;or one can learn the covert knowledge and make it overt.When studying,one should adopt an analytic attitude and approach and learn the scientific content and dispel the trite notion.
