The influence of low-carbon economy on coal enterprises costs is mainly discussed. From the present status of coal enterprises, the new cost of future coal enterprise is analyzed ; and the dealing strategy is presented. The analysis indicates that in the low-carbon economical time, the market economy and policy environment are cruel for the coal enterprise, so that the support of strong national policy and technical is very important for the coal industry which is involved with the energy security need of the country.
