Ensite-NavX三维标测系统引导下X线零曝光消融房室结折返性心动过速一例 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨经导管消融术Ensite-NavX引导下尽少X线曝光的可行性,对1例房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)合并阵发性心房颤动患者在NavX和心内电生理引导下,构建右房三维结构图后,在NavX引导下根据三维结构图和消融导管头端示踪行慢径消融房室结改良术。结果 :慢径消融成功,在完成慢径消融过程中,X线0曝光。结论 :在NavX引导下的AVNRT导管消融有可能尽少X线曝光甚至0曝光完成。
