摘要
[目的]为城市区域内危险化学品生产企业发生有毒物质泄漏事故时,确定大规模人群疏散路线提供有效的依据。[方法]运用fluent流体仿真模拟软件对西安某化工公司的氯罐泄漏情况进行模拟,通过确定氯气泄漏速度、选择基本求解器、建立模拟区域网格、赋予边界条件构建氯气泄漏扩散模型。[结果]本研究成功模拟不同风速(1.5、4.5 m/s)情况下的氯气泄漏情况,并将氯气泄露危险区划分为:致伤区(半径1 000 m),重伤区(半径500 m),致死区。[结论]本预测方法可为制订有毒物质泄漏事故的应急预案提供依据。
[ Objective ] To establish a model of chlorine tank leakage and diffusion so that to provide an effective basis for evacuation of large-scale crowd in the accident. [ Methods ] Using the fluent fluid software to simulate chlorine tank leakage situation in Xi'an chemical industry company. Through the determination of the chlorine leakage speed, the choice of the basic solution, the establishment of the simulation area net, and the entrusting of boundary condition, the chlorine leakage diffusion model was constructed. [ Results ] The established model successfully simulated chlorine gas leakage situation in different wind speed( 1.5 m/s, 4.5 m/s ), and dangerous regions during the chlorine leakage could be divided into: injury area( radius 1 000 m ), serious injury area( radius 500m ), and fatal area. [ Conclusion ] The forecast method may provide emergency response for toxic substances leakage accident.
