摘要
缺氧诱导因子-1是细胞耐受缺氧环境的调节性因子,其调控多种低氧反应基因的表达。缺氧诱导因子-1作为主要的转录控制因素,调控着与缺氧有关的代谢过程,如自主调节、葡萄糖代谢、细胞生长增值与凋亡、血管再生以及红细胞生成,广泛参与哺乳动物细胞中缺氧诱导产生的特异应答,介导机体的整体和局部缺氧反应。随着对缺氧诱导因子-1功能的深入研究,其在妊娠期高血压疾病发病机制中的研究受到了越来越多的关注。该文就近年来缺氧诱导因子-1与妊娠期高血压疾病发病机制的相关性研究作以综述。
Hypoxia inducible factor 1 ( HIF-1 ) is a regulatory factor by which the cell can tolerate hypoxic environment, it regulates expressions of many kinds of low oxygen response genes. As a main transcription controlling factor, HIF-1α regulates many metabolism processes relating to hypoxia, such as autoregulation, glucose metabolism, cell proliferation and apoptosis, angiogenesis, and erythropoiesis, and it broadly participates in specific response that is induced and produced by mammalian cell in hypoxia and mediates systemic and local hypoxie responses. As deepening of research on functions of HIF-1 α, researchers pay more and more attention to its relationships with pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP). This paper reviewed researches on relationship of HIF-1α with pathogenesis of HDCP in recent years.
