吲哚胺2,3双加氧酶在妇科肿瘤免疫耐受中的作用

摘要 目前已知免疫速逸机制是妇科恶性肿瘤发生、发展的关键N素,而吲哚胺2,3双加氧酶作为人体内肝脏以外唯一可催化色氨酸分子沿犬尿酸途径分解代谢的限速酶,在免疫逃逸过程中发挥了重要作用。该文根据吲哚胺2,3双加氧酶的生物学特性、表达调控、与肿瘤免疫耐受及其抑制剂等四方面的研究现状作一综述。 Currently, it is known that immune escape mechanism is the key factor of occurrence and development of a tumor. Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO) is an extrahepatic enzyme that catalyzes incial and rate-limiting steps in degradation of tryptophan along kynurenine pathway, and it plays an important role in process of immune escape. In this paper, four aspects such as biological characteristics, expression regulation of IDO, tumor immunotolerance, as well as inhibitors of IDO were reviewed.
