高效液相色谱法测定复方刺五加片中维生素B1的含量

Determination of Content of Vitamin B1 in Compound Acanthopanax Senticosus Tablet with HPLC

目的:建立测定复方刺五加片中维生素B1含量的方法。方法:采用高液相色谱法,以IhertsiI ODS-3v C18(Φ4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈:0.3%磷酸溶液(含5mmoL?L-1庚烷磺酸钠)=15:85为流动相,流速为1.0ml?min-1,检测波长246nm。结果:线性范围0.2?g～2.0?g,r=0.9999,测得平均回收率99.7%,RSD=1.76%。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、准确、灵敏度高、准确度好,可作为复方刺五加片含量测定的方法。

Objective： To set up a method for determining vitamin B1 in Compound acanthopanax senticosus tablet. Methods： The analysis was carried on a column of ODS-C18with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile：0.3% phosphonie acid （containing 5mmoL · L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate） at 15：85 isogTadien/elution at tile flow rate of 1 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 246 nm. Results：The linearlty was obtained in the range of 0.2 - 2.0 μg （r=0.9999）. The average recoveries of vitamin B1 in Compound fructus sehisandrae chinensis tablet was 99.7%, and the RSD was 1.76%. Conclusion：The method might be simple, accurate and rapid. It may be suitable for the usual quality control of vitamin B 1 and sensitive. It may he snitable for the delermination of vitamin B 1 in compound acanthoDanax senticosus tablet.
