摘要
1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病在全球范围内的流行,严重危害人类健康,加重了各国医疗负担。随着基因治疗技术的迅速发展,为糖尿病的基因治疗带来了新的思路。本文总结了利用合适的启动子载送胰岛素原的cDNA,刺激新的β细胞生成以达到恢复胰岛素的生理性分泌及改善或避免破坏β细胞免疫应答的1型糖尿病基因治疗进展和以肠促胰岛素胰高血糖素样肽-1,血管紧张素I转换酶2为研究重点的2型糖尿病基因治疗新进展,并展望其未来的发展方向。
The worldwide prevalence of both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes threatens people's health and drives up healthcare cost.Scientists are now taking advantages of the rapidly developing technology of gene therapy to treat diabetes.This article summarized the advances in Type 1 diabetic gene therapy such as using suitable promoter expressing proinsulin cDNA to stimulate new β-cell formation and insulin secretion as well as to improve immunologic response or avoid immune destruction of β-cells.The advances in Type 2 diabetic gene therapy were mainly focused on glucagon like peptide-1 and angiotensin I converting enzyme 2.This review also made prediction on the future of diabetic gene therapy.
