精益制造企业供应物流的集成决策优化及其运作模式比较

Integrated Optimization and Comparison of Inbound Logistics of Lean Manufacturing Enterprises under Different Business Modes

供应物流是连接供应商与制造企业间物料供应的重要活动。研究精益制造的核心制造企业的间接供应物流活动,在传统的非整合、短驳运输合并的半整合、短驳集货均合并的LLP全整合等3种商业运作模式下,分别构建综合库存、运输、生产等因素的集成化供应物流策略优化模型,并分别提出求解的优化算法,包括快速启发式算法和适宜求解分组优化问题的组群遗传算法。最后,通过案例分析比较不同运作模式的成本和效率。

Inbound logistics is the important linkage between the first-tier suppliers and the manufacturer.In this paper,we focus on the tactical decisions of inbound logistics of lean manufacturing enterprises with indirect suppy.Three integrated optimization models and five algorithms（Heuristics and Grouping GA） are proposed,classified by three business modes： traditional disintegrated,half-integrated and LLP integrated.We also compare the different solutions using a real case.
