摘要 针对产业集群对知识传播和扩散的促进作用,以及知识传播对集群聚集能力的反作用问题,基于知识传播的基本理论,从集群内企业的组织相近性和认知相近性出发,分析知识传播机制和影响集群聚集能力的因素,在此基础上,建立了系统动力学模型,利用VENSIM软件模拟小规模集群因内部企业单方面或多方面相近程度不同导致不同程度的集群聚集能力的情况,证明了为促进小规模集群的有效发展应合理选择进入组织并强调综合治理多方协调的重要性,并提出集群发展战略的制定重点。 Aiming at the mutual influence between knowledge transfer and district cluster's agglomeration capacity,from the viewpoint of the proximity between enterprises,this paper first studies the knowledge transfer mechanism and the factors influencing the cluster's agglomeration capacity.Then a system simulation model via VENSIM is developed to analyze the district agglomeration capacity.it shows the importance of comprehensive treatment and holistic coordination.The keys to strategic development of clusters are put forward based on the research.
