Design of Wuhan Municipal Government Portal Website Performance Evaluation System Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

研究武汉市政府门户网站的绩效评估体系。在综合国内外经典政府网站绩效评估体系的基础上,科学设计出武汉市政府门户网站绩效评估体系的具体指标细项,并通过层次分析法确定一级指标、二级指标的权重,使指标体系具有一定的合理性和可操作性。

This paper studies the performance evaluation system of Wuhan municipal government portal website. Based on the domestic and foreign classic government website performance evaluation index system, it designs the performance evaluation system of Wuhan municipal government portal website and its specific index terms scientifically. The indices, proportions of primary and second-class, which make the index system rationality and maneuverability, are determined through analytic hierarchy process.
