试从中医角度评论扩大建立艾滋病VCT门诊的必要性

Necessity and Importance to Expand the Establishment of AIDS VCT from TCM Theory Aspect

目前,中国艾滋病的流行已进入快速增长期,大多数艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病病人并不了解自己的感染状况,公开报告人数远低于实际感染人数,加大了防控难度,流行现状不容乐观。艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)可及早发现HIV感染者,作为对HIV感染者进行干预、治疗、关怀的切入点,是目前艾滋病防控的重要工作之一。艾滋病VCT服务对增加HIV感染知晓率,提高艾滋病预防、治疗、关怀及支持服务有重要作用。文章从中医"治未病"、"情志致病"学说来评论进一步扩大建立艾滋病VCT门诊的重要性及必要性。

At present,AIDS popular entered the fast rise period in Chinese.Majority of AIDS virus（HIV）infected person and AIDS patient did not understand their own infection condition,the population of reported publicly is far lower than the population of actual infection.So that it enlarge the difficulty of prevention and control of AIDS.The situation of AIDS popular was unoptimistic presently.The AIDS voluntary consultation test（VCT）is one of important works which to prevent and control AIDS presently.It can discover the HIV infected person early.We may carry on the intervention,the treatment,the concern to the HIV infected person in the VCT outpatient service.AIDS VCT service may enhance everybody to understand the knowledge of HIV infection,and it cause the preventing,the treatment,the concern and the support service to the HIV infected person or AIDS patient become possibly.This article comments the necessity and importance to expand the establishment of AIDS VCT from the Chinese medicine ＂Treatment Weibing＂,＂Emotion causes disease＂ theory aspect.
