中药复方治疗泌尿系结石用药规律探讨

Discussion on Herbs Principle about Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Prescriptions in Curing Urinary Calculi

为研究中药复方治疗泌尿系结石的用药规律,收集整理近年来文献报道中治疗泌尿系结石的中药复方148首,统计分析发现在所使用的123种中药中,以淡渗利水、补阴、活血破血、行气及补益类中药为主,符合中医理论对泌尿系结石病因病机的认识。

Collecting and collating 148 TCM compound prescriptions to cure urinary calculi in recently medical journals, we discover through statistics that 123 herbs are used. Among these herbs, the mainly used are herbs of bland taste to promote diuresis, herbs of tonify Yin, herbs of activating Blood circulation and removing Blood stasis, herbs of promoting the circulation of Qi and herbs of tonification, which is in keeping with the theory about TCM etiological factors and pathogenesis of urinary calculi.
