功能性消化不良辨证分型研究

功能性消化不良是临床最常见的一组由胃、十二指肠功能紊乱所引起的功能性胃肠疾病,其发病率高、复发率高,严重影响患者的生活质量。本病发病机制至今尚未完全明了,故缺乏特效治疗措施。祖国医学对功能性消化不良的治疗有着疗效确切、副作用小的优势。目前针对功能性消化不良的中医分型不一致,缺乏统一的量化分型标准,文章参考相关文献,将近5年来中医对本病的辨证分型研究进行综述。

Functional Dyspepsia （ FD ） is a group of clinical syndromes which are caused by dysfunction of stomach and duodenum, eliminated organ disease. FD has high morbidity, hign recurrence rate, which impacts on the quality of life seriously. The exact pathogenesis of FD has not yet completely clear, it is lack of specific treatment.Advantages of Chinese medicine treatments in this disease have gradually been recognized. There are varieties of the type distribution of FD by using Traditional Chinese Medcine theory.The author reviewed relative literature, to sum up the research of Functional dyspepsia type distribution on 2005-2010.
