综合心理干预对COPD合并肺纤维化的身心影响

Effects of Comprehensive Psychological Intervention on Body and Mind in Patients with COPD and Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的:观察综合心理干预在COPD合并肺纤维化中,依据评估内容结果,探讨护理疗效及作用。方法:选择2003年7月—2009年7月收治的住院COPD合并肺纤维化患者,给予综合心理干预。结果:患者的心理状态经综合心理干预后用汉密抑郁量表(HAMD)和焦虑量表(HAMA)及GLQI生存质量表评定,与护理前有显著差异(P<0.05),且治疗组能够明显提高PaO2,降低PaCO2。结论:综合心理干预护理COPD合并肺纤维化患者,能有效减少临床隐性遗漏,有效地改善呼吸功能,促进肺功能好转具有明显的优势。

Objective：To investigate the nursing effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on COPD combined with Pulmonary Fibrosis.Methods：The patients with COPD and Pulmonary Fibrosis choosed from July 2003 to July 2009 would be offered the comprehensive psychological intervention.Results：HAMD measuring scale,HAMA measuring scale and GLQI Survival quality table was put into practice in these patients who received the comprehensive psychological intervention.There was a significant different（P〈0.05）of the patient’s Psychological state with psychological intervention.The PaO2 of The treatment group was improved significantly,at the same time,the PaCO2 of that was reduced.Conclusion：The comprehensive psychological intervention nursing on COPD with Pulmonary Fibrosis could improve the respiratory function and pulmonary function,reduce the clinical recessive omission.
