芪蛭丹黄胶囊治疗78例高胆固醇血症患者临床观察

Clinical Observation of Seventy-eight Patients with Cholesterolemia Being Treated by Qizhi Danhuang Capsule

目的:观察芪蛭丹黄胶囊治疗高胆固醇血证患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:将78例被确诊为高脂血症的患者随机分成芪蛭丹黄胶囊治疗组(简称治疗组)和西医常规治疗对照组(简称对照组),每组各39例。对照组予阿托伐他汀10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在常规西药治疗(具体同对照组)的基础上,加用芪蛭丹黄胶囊1g/次,3次/d。疗程3个月,观察高胆固醇血症患者血清胆固醇改善状况。结果:治疗组有效率94.87%,对照组有效率76.92%。两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪蛭丹黄胶囊对改善高脂患者临床症状有显著疗效,并且有很好的安全性。

Objective：To observe Qizhi Danhuang capsule’s clinical efficacy and safety for patients with high cholesterol Blood.Methods： seventy-eight patients with diagnosed hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups-Qizhi Danhuang capsule treatment group（referred to as the treatment group） and control group with conventional western medicine treatment（referred to as the control group）,and each group has thirty-nine patients.The control group takes atorvastatin 10mg/time,1 time/day.And the treatment group takes Qizhi Danhuang capsule 1g/time,3 times/day in addition to the conventional western medicine treatment（the same therapy with control group）.Three-month treatment was applied to both groups to observe how the situation of serum cholesterol can be improved for patients with hypercholesterolemic.Results： The treatment group and control group had efficiency 94.87% and 76.92% respectively.And the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qizhi Danhuang capsule has significant effect in improving clinical symptoms for patients with high fat and also has good security.
