中药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠35例

Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Treating Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨中药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将具有异位妊娠保守治疗指征的住院患者,采用中药汤剂100mL日3次口服,米非司酮50mg日2次口服,定期监测患者生命体征、血hCG彩超及患者腹痛情况,以观察临床效果。结果:35例患者,经保守治疗,有效率达88.57%。结论:中西医结合治疗异位妊娠取得满意疗效。

Objective ： To probe the clinical therapeutic effect of mifepristone and therapeutic alliance in; To probe the clinical therapeutic effect of mifepristone and therapeutic alliance in eetopic pregnancy. Methods： With ectopic pregnancy conservative, 100mL three times a day,50mg Mifepristone oral regularly monitor patients, detect life signs, blood hCG and abdominal pain, to observe patients with clinical effects. Results：Thirty-five patients with conservative treatment, and effective 88.57%. Conclusion：To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy with satisfactory results.
