强力五虎合剂制备及临床研究

Powerful Five Tigers Mixture Preparation and Clinical Research

目的:研制一种疗效确切,毒副反应小的治疗小儿咳嗽的中药制剂。方法:将86例小儿肺炎随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规的抗感染及对症治疗,治疗组除采用常规的抗感染及对症治疗外,还需加用本院自制的强力五虎合剂,1个疗程为7～10天,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率93%,与对照组相比χ2=5.39,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,两组在退热、止咳、化痰及肺部罗音吸收方面有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:该制剂质量稳定、服用剂量小,有利于临床的推广应用。

Objective：To develop a definite effect,side-effect of small in treating pediatric cough medicine preparations.Methods：86 cases of pneumonia randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and were treated by conventional anti-infection treatment group and symptomatic treatment,except by routine fight infection and symptomatic treatment outside,still need to add with our homemade powerful five tigers mixture,1 treatment for 710d,1 course observation curative effect.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group clinical 93%,compared with control χ2=5.39,P〈0.05,are statistically significant,two groups in antifebrile,cough,resolving phlegm and clearing up rales have very significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The formulation quality stability,dose small,be helpful for clinical application.
