摘要
目的:讨论川芎嗪对结肠癌多药耐药性基因表达的抑制。方法:实验组取60名结肠癌患者,给folfox6方案化疗4疗程,根治术前于川芎嗪100mg静点15天,对照组取60名结肠癌患者单纯folfox6方案化疗4疗程,术后取结肠癌标本用免疫组化法分别染色多药耐药相关蛋白Pgp,检测其表达。结果:实验组Pgp阳性率23.3%,对照组Pgp阳性率68.3%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:川芎嗪对结肠癌多药耐药性基因表达有抑制作用。
Objective： To study the depression of ligustrazine to multidrug resistance gene expression of colon cancer.Methods：60 colon cancer patients were treated with folfox6 Method,and given ligustrazine 100mg 15days before operation,which as experimental group;60 colon cancer patients were treated with folfox6 method only before operation,which as control group.All were determined by immunity class to test expression of Pgp.Result：Experimental group expression intensity of Pgp was 23.3%,control group expression intensity of Pgp was 68.3%,P〈0.05.There was significantly difference between two groups.Conclusion：Ligustrazine can depress multidrug resistance gene expression of colon cancer.
