老年股骨颈骨折40例术后并发症预防及护理

Prevention of postoperative complications and nursing care of the aged patients after femoral neck fracture surgery

目的:探讨老年股骨颈骨折术后常见并发症预防及护理方法。方法:将79例老年股骨颈骨折术后患者随机分为干预组40例和对照组39例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施全程护理干预,比较两组住院期间并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果:干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01),患者住院满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:良好的护理干预可有效预防和减少老年股骨颈骨折患者术后并发症发生,提高患者住院满意度。

Objective：To investigate the prevention of common postoperative complications and nursing methods for the aged patients after femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods：79 aged patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into intervention group（n=40） and control group（n=39） after surgery.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group were additionally given the nursing care through the whole course of treatment based on the routine nursing care.The incidence of complications and patient＇s satisfaction were compared in the duration of hospitalization between the two groups.Results：The incidence of complications was lower in the intervention group than that in the control group（P〈0.01）;the degree of patients satisfaction was obviously higher in the intervention group than the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Good nursing intervention can effectively prevent and reduce postoperative complications of the aged patients after femoral neck fracture surgery and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
