摘要
风能具有随机波动性,相应的风力发电机出力具有不确定性。对含有风电场的发输电系统可靠性展开研究,在考虑风速的时序性和自相关性、风力发电机输出功率特性以及强迫停运影响的基础上,把风力发电机可靠性模型与输电网可靠性模型相结合,在满足电力系统安全性约束条件下,建立以电网最大负荷供应能力为目标的发输电系统可靠性评估模型,用于评估风电场并网后对输电网可靠性的影响。以IEEE-RTS79测试系统为算例,对反映风电场影响的相关可靠性指标进行分析计算,研究结果可为风电场接入电网方案的合理制定提供科学决策依据。
Because wind energy fluctuates randomly,the power of wind turbine generators is uncertain. This paper analyzes the reliability of power systems containing wind generation .By considering thetime-series and autocorrelation of wind speed,the output power function and forced outage of wind units,the paper combines the reliability model of wind generators with the model of transmission network. Then it builds areliability evaluation model of generation and transmission system in the condition of meeting system security constraints,whose objective function is LSC,which represents the biggest load supplying capacity of the system. This model is used to evaluate the effects of grid-connected wind farm on the reliability of transmission network.Taking IEEE-RTS79 system as an example,the paper calculates the reliability index which can reflect the effects of wind farms. The result will providea scientific reference for designing the scheme for adding wind farms to power systems.
