摘要
目的:探讨毫米波联合小剂量药物治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染消化性溃疡的疗效及护理方法。方法:将106例患者按照治疗先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,观察组采用毫米波辐射头对患者上腹部剑突下照射20min,1次/d,同时口服小剂量药物(奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮);对照组采用上述三种药物常规剂量口服治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:观察组溃疡愈合率98.07%,Hp根除率96.2%;对照组溃疡愈合率88.66%,Hp根除率81.10%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:毫米波联合小剂量药物治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡优于单纯使用常规剂量药物治疗。
Objective : To investigate the therapeutic effect of millimeter wave therapy combined with drug therapy in small dosage in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in peptic ulcer and nursing methods. Methods: 106 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ( 53 cases for each group } in accordance with the order of treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with millimeter wave radiation below the xiphoid of the upper abdomen, 20 minutes per time and one time per day, while a small dose of oral drugs ( Omeprazole, Amoxicillin, Furazolidone) was given to the patients. The patients in the control group were only given three oral drugs in conventional dose and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups after treatment. Results: In the observation group, the healing rate of ulcer was 98.07% and Hp eradication rate was 96.2% ; in the control group, the healing rate of ulcer was 88.66% and Hp eradication rate was 81.10% and the comparison was significantly different between the two groups {P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The millimeter wave therapy combined with small doses of drugs is superior to the simple drug therapy in conventional dose in the treatment of Hp infection in peptic ulcer.
