摘要
帕金森病是一种中枢神经系统变性疾病,病因主要是位于中脑部位的"黑质"中细胞发生病理性改变,多巴胺合成减少,抑制乙酰胆碱的功能降低,乙酰胆碱的兴奋作用相对增强,两者之间的平衡失调所致。近年来,对帕金森病的发病机制研究有了很大的突破,治疗方式也由单一治疗到联合干预的综合治疗,治疗方案逐渐个体化。本文对近年学者对中晚期帕金森病患者的临床表现及治疗方法作一综述。
