对86例老年精神病患者电话回访

Effects Analysis of Call Visiting on the Aged Mental Patients

目的研究电话回访对老年精神病患者出院后恢复状况的影响。方法根据患者出院前提供的联系方式,我科对89名出院患者进行了电话回访,对老年精神病患者的用药、疾病知识、康复知识等进行指导。结果电话回访患者及家属对医院满意度达到100%,遵医率达到71.91%。与对照组比较,观察组遵医率、服药依从率、返院治疗率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明电话回访效果显著。结论通过电话回访,不仅可以提高患者遵医率、提升医院形象、减少患者病情复发,还可以推动护理人员技能提升。

Objective To study the effects of call visiting on dicharged patients. Methods 30 days after the patients diacharged, we carried out a series call visiting. Results The outcomes show that all the interviewee are satisfied on the call visting,and 71.91% can control their illness by taking medicine on time, with a significant difference between the control group and the observation group （P〈0.01）.This means phone visiting is useful for patients. Conclusion The call visiting can not only increase the patients treatment compliance rate, improve the hospital＇s image, reduce patients＂ relapse rate, but also upgrade the nurses working ability.
