摘要
为了研究层状发射药的燃烧渐增性能,建立了该类药型相应的形状函数,对影响层状发射药燃烧渐增性能的四个主要因素(即缓燃层厚度比例x1、燃速比k、药片厚宽比β及黑索今RDX含量)取值相同的情况下,根据药型和形状函数分别进行了计算和分析,得到了相对已燃质量ψ、相对表面积σ随相对已燃厚度z的变化曲线。结果表明:与多层片状层状发射药(方片片状层状发射药和圆饼片状层状发射药)相比,多层管状层状发射药的燃烧渐增性较好。
The shape function of the layered propellant was established to study progressive combustion property. The four main factors,including the ratio of the thickness of the slow layer to initial thickness,the burning rate ratio of the fast layer to slow layer, the ratio of the thickness of propellant to the length of propellant,the content of DRX,posed effects on the progressive combustion property of the layered propellant. Using the parameters,they were calculated and analyzed according to the geometrical model and the shape function of propellant. The variation curves of combustion quality percentage, relative surface area with burned thickness percentage were obtained, Results show that the progressive combustion property of layered tubular propellant is better than that of layered sheet propellant.
