喷射沉淀法制备纳米α-Al_2O_3粉体

摘要 以NH3·H2O和Al2(SO4),为原料,通过喷射沉淀法制备了Al2O3前驱体——水合氧化铝(AlOOH),将该前驱体洗涤、干燥、煅烧,获得了窄分布的纳米α-AlOOH3粉体。采用XRD、红外光谱和激光粒度分析等测试方法对产物进行表征,结果表明,最后得到目标产物为α-AlOOH3,平均粒径为30.9nm,粒径范围30.1~32.3nm。通过喷射沉淀法,采用高速剪切分散加强湍流搅拌作用的特殊沉淀机理,大幅度降低了α-AlOOH3粒度。 Using NH3 · H2O and Al2 (SO4 )3 as raw materials,the precursor of α-Al2O3 was prepared by spray-precipitation method. The nanometer α-Al2O3 powder with narrow distribution was obtained after washing,drying and calcining the precursor. The products were character zed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),particle size analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR). Results show that the product is α-Al2O3 oowder and its mean particle size is 30.9 nm,and its range of particle size is from 30.1 nm to 32.3 nm.
