摘要
搭建了自然循环平板式太阳能热水器(NFSWH)的实验平台,根据太阳能热水器国家测试标准方法对系统的热效率进行测试。用TRNSYS软件建立了NFSWH的瞬态模型。模拟和实际测量了水箱放置高度对热水器热效率的影响。结果显示,实验与模拟吻合较好。对于集热面积为1.5m2水箱容积为120L的系统,水箱底到集热器出口的高度(Hr)为0.74m时,系统的热效率最大(67.7%).放置高度为0.44-1.04m时,系统集热效率变化不大,在3%以内。
The device of natural circulation flat plate solar water heater has been built.In accordance with the national testing standard methods,the efficiency of the system was tested.The transient model of NFSWH has been developed by using the TRNSYS simulation program.The effect of installation height between the bottom of the tank and the outlet of the collector on efficiency of the solar collector has been investigated both theoretically and experimentally.The data show the theoretical results are highly consistent with the experimental ones.Results indicate that the optimum value of installation height is 0.74m with the maximum efficiency of 67.5% for the system with a total area of 1.5m2 and a storage water tank capacity of 120L.When the installation height is between 0.44 and 1.04 m,the change of thermal efficiency of the solar system is at a range of 3%.
