非物质文化遗产视野下峨眉武术产业发展的困境与出路

Difficulty in and Outlet for E'mei Wushu Industry Development in the Context of Intangible Cultural Heritage

通过文献资料法、调查法、实地走访法、专家访谈等研究方法,在非物质文化遗产的视野下,对峨眉武术产业发展的困境与出路进行研究。研究结果认为:目前峨眉产业发展存在规模小、集约化程度低、资源配置不合理、原创力弱、缺乏健全的投融资体系、产业人才匮乏、政策滞后、管理混乱等问题;面对现实困境,应当处理好非物质文化遗产保护与产业的关系,以峨眉武术文化发展为导向,提升峨眉武术产业原创力和感召力,确立峨眉武术文化资本化、商业化和规模化发展理念,坚持合理规划、统筹协调、产业重组、持续发展的策略。

In the context of intangible cultural heritage,this paper employs literature review,survey,on-the-spot interview and expert consultation to research the difficulty in and outlet for E＇mei Wushu industry development.Research findings are as follows.At present E＇mei Wushu industry development is confronted with such problems as small scale,low industrial concentration level,unreasonable resource distribution,weak creativity,unsound investment and fund-raising mechanism,lack of talents,belated policy and poor management.Directed against these problems,this paper proposes to well handle the relation between intangible cultural heritage protection and industry,improve the creativity and clamor of E＇mei Wushu industry with the E＇mei Wushu cultural development as the guidance,designate the capitalizing,commercial and scale development concept for E＇mei Wushu and follow the strategy of reasonable planning,coordinative action,industrial regrouping and sustainable development.
