摘要
目的:探讨中药骨疏灵和运动联合干预去势大鼠骨质疏松形成的效果。方法:手术切除大鼠双侧卵巢造成绝经后骨质疏松模型,按体重随机将大鼠分为假手术组(SHAM组)、模型组(OVX组)、雌激素对照组(DES组)、中剂量中药加低强度运动组(LEX+MH)、高剂量中药加低强度运动组(LEX+HH)、中剂量中药加中强度运动组(MEX+MH)、高剂量中药加中强度运动组(MEX+HH)。观察各组大鼠骨生物力学指标的变化。结果:中药加运动方案各组除LEX+MH组外,椎体结构力学参数与SHAM组和DES组差异不明显(P>0.05),MEX+HH组各指标相对于其它治疗组更接近于SHAM组。各治疗组股骨生物力学指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药骨疏灵和运动联合方案可延缓去势大鼠骨生物力学的降低,防治骨质疏松,MEX+HH组效果最佳。
Objective: The purpose of the study is to observe the combined effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Gushuling and exercise on the formation of osteoporosis in ovariectomed rats.Methods: 70 SD female rats are weighed and grouped into 7 groups: the sham group,the OVX group,the DES group,the LEX +MH group,the LEX+HH group,the MEX+MH group and the MEX+HH group.Results: Except the LEX+HH group,there is no marked difference in the biomechanical parameter of the vertebal body with the sham group and DES group(P0.05). The biomechanics of the vertebral body of the MEX+HH group is closet to the Sham group compared with other treatment groups,with no marked difference in teh biomechanical indexes among the treatment groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The compound treatment scheme could slow down the formation of osteoporosis.The best combination effect is seen in the MEX+HH group.
