薄层色谱法鉴别活血通脉片研究

目的:建立活血通脉片的薄层鉴别方法。方法:运用TLC法对该制剂中的三七、赤芍、红花、川芎四味药材进行鉴别研究,其中均以各自的阴性对照品和相应有效成分进行对照试验。结果:经多次试验斑点清晰,重现性好,阴性无干扰。结论:表明该方法操作简单、稳定、专属性和重现性强,可作为该制剂质量控制的定性依据,也为今后标准的修订提供了依据。
