三氟化硼三乙醇胺对雄性家兔生殖系统影响的实验研究

EFEECTS OF BORON TRIFLUORIDE-TRIETHANOLAMINE ON REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM OF MALE RABBITS

本实验研究了三氟化硼三乙醇胺(以下简称BTT)对雄性家兔生殖系统的影响。设三个实验组,分别以每次25、50和100mg/kg剂量经口染毒,隔日一次,连续三个月。检查结果表明:家兔精子计数、精子活动百分率及精子畸形率与对照组比较均无明显改变;睾丸组织学及睾丸细胞亚微结构未见明显地与BTT染毒有关的病理变化;血浆睾酮水平、睾丸组织中乳酸脱氢酶和睾丸组织中锌含量均无明显异常。

In this study, boron trifluoride-triethanolamine(BTT) was administered to male rabbits by gavage once every 2 days for 3 months at dosages of 25, 56 and 100 nig/Kg respectively. There was no significant difference in the sperm counts, sperm motilities, and sperm abnormalities in the rabbits between the experimental groups and control group. There were no obvious BTT related histologic changes and ultrahistologic changes in the testis of the rabbits. The plasma testosterone levels, testcular lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities and zinc contents in rabbits administered BTT were all in normal range.
