精神科护理人员焦虑抑郁状况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the anxiety and depression status of 96 cases of psychiatric nurses

目的:探讨分析精神科护理人员的抑郁焦虑状况。方法:采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对192例精神科护理人员进行相关的问卷调查和分析。结果:精神科护理人员焦虑得分为(40.28±9.23)分,抑郁平均得分为(45.86±9.78)分,两组数据均明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:精神科护士相较于其他人群焦虑、抑郁状况严重,应对其提供心理咨询、保健服务和有效的社会支持,降低焦虑抑郁的发生率,提高护理人员心理健康水平。

Objective： To explore the anxiety and depression status of psychiatric nurses.Methods： The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） were used in 192 cases of psychiatric nurses for relevant questionnaire survey and analysis.Results： The average score of anxiety in psychiatric nurses was（40.28±9.23）,and of the depression was（45.86±9.78）,two sets of data were significantly higher than national norm,and there was significant difference between them（P0.01）.Conclusion： Psychiatric nurses compared with other groups,the anxiety and depression states are more serious,psychological counseling,healthy services and effective social support should be provided for psychiatric nurses in order to decrease the incidence of the anxiety and depression and improve their psychologic healthy standard.
