摘要
根据医学微生物学实验课的大纲及教学特点,精选相应图片和视频素材,应用Authorware多媒体开发工具进行加工处理,形成集图、文、动态影像为一体的交互性课件。通过课后使用,学生对微生物在显微镜下的基本形态、特殊结构的认知能力明显增强,实验操作技能规范熟练,实验课考试成绩显著提高。
According to the syllabus and teaching characteristics of microbiology experiments,we carefully selected related pictures and videos,and developed interactive software integrating pictures,texts and videos by using Authorware developing tool.The courseware has helped improve the cognitive ability for basic forms and special structures of microorganisms,more standard and proficient experiment skills as well as experiment test scores of students who used the developed software after class.
