腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿疗效观察

Effect observation of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometrioma

目的:观察腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的85例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者随机分为两组,对照组40例采用开腹手术治疗,观察组45例患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗情况。结果:观察组术中出血量及住院时间均明显少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后均无严重并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿疗效满意,利于患者的康复,值得临床关注。

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometrioma.Methods：85 patients of ovarian endometrioma were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of the control group were treated with laparotomy surgery,45 cases of the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,the clinical situation of two groups were observed and compared.Results：The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,there were significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.No serious postoperative complications occurred in two groups.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometrioma has satisfactory curative effect and conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,it is worth popularizing.
