星状神经节阻滞治疗卒中后肩-手综合征疗效分析

Analysis of effect for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in treatment of stellate ganglion block

目的:观察星状神经节阻滞对卒中后肩-手综合征治疗效果。方法:64例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在对照组基础上加星状神经节阻滞治疗,两组在治疗前后用有效率、视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、简化的Fugl-Meyer(FMA)量表评定临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后有效率、VAS评分、FMA均有显著改善(P<0.01),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:联合星状神经节阻滞治疗卒中后肩-手综合征具有更好疗效。

Objective：Observation of stellate ganglion block（SGB）on the therapeutic effect of the post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with SGB on the basis of the control group,to evaluate clinical efficiency of two groups before and after treatment by effective rate,visual analogue scale（VAS）,Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA）.Results：The two groups had significantly improved（P0.05） after treatment in the effective rate,VAS and FMA,and the observation group was better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：It is a better effect with SGB in treatment of the post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.
