苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of hypertension with amlodipine besylate

目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将社区门诊确诊的100例高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组给予硝苯地平治疗;观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,8周为1个疗程,两组均治疗1个疗程后,观察临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的心率和血压变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后心率变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的显效率为74.0%,总有效率为96.0%,均高于对照组的62.0%和86.0%(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平是一种安全有效的治疗高血压药物。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety about the treatment of hypertension with amlodipine besylate.Methods：100 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,n=50,the control group was given nifedipine;the observation group received the treatment with amlodipine besylate.One course lasted 8 weeks.After one course,the two groups were compared on the heart rate,blood pressure and adverse reaction rate.Results：After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group,the heart rate changes before and after treatment in both groups was not significant;obvious effective rate and effective rate of the observation group was 74.0% and 96.0%,which was higher than 62.0% and 86.0% of the control group;the two groups showed no statistically significant in adverse effects.Conclusion：Amlodipine besylate is a safe and effective treatment for hypertension.
