农村1208例老年人心电图检查结果分析

Analyze on ECG examination of 1208 cases of rural old people

目的:探讨农村老年人心电图特征及临床意义。方法:从农村65岁以上18 024名体检结果中随机抽取1 208例常规心电图检查资料进行分析。结果:异常心电图827例,占68.46%;正常心电图381例,占31.54%。其主要异常率表现在T波、S-T、ST-T、房性早搏、房颤、RBBB及窦缓,依次为:ST-T 287例,占23.76%;ST压低或抬高190例,占15.73%;T波异常133例,占11.01%;房性早搏160例,占13.25%;房颤136例,占11.26%;RBBB 107例,占8.85%;窦缓94例,占7.78%。主要异常率随年龄增高而增长。结论:农村老年人心电图特征同城市老年人,但农村老年人异常率较高,做好农村老年人健康保健,以简便易行心电图检查结合体筛选心肺器质性病变有更大的意义。

Objective：To investigate the ECG features and clinical significances about the rural old peple.Methods：The 1 208 of 18 024 old people who were given ECG routine examination over 65 years old were selected randomly and analyzed.Results：827 patients was abnormal,accounting for 68.46%,the number of normal ECG was 381 cases,accounting for 31.54%.The main abnormal character reflected in T wave,S-T wave,ST-T wave,atrial premature beat,AF,RBBB and sinus bradycardia.That＇s the ST-T wave had the number of 287 cases,accounting for 23.76%;S-T wave was about 190 cases,accounting for 15.73%,T wave was 133 cases,accounting for 11.01%,atrial premature beat was 160 cases,accounting for 13.25%;AF wave was 136 cases,accounting for 11.26%,RBBB wave was 107 cases,accounting for 8.85%,sinus bradycardia was 94 cases,accounting for 7.78%.The main abnormal rate increased with the people＇s age.Conclusion：There are same ECG feature between in the rural old people and city＇s old people,but the rural ole people＇s abnormal rate is higher than the city,to deal with the old people＇s health care would lead to a more important effection for a simple ECG examination.
