支气管袖式肺叶切除术在肺外科手术中的应用

Application of bronchus sleeve lobectomy in pulmonary surgical operation

目的:探讨支气管袖式肺叶切除术在肺外科手术中的应用及经验。方法:本组21例肺部肿瘤采用该术式,其中,右肺上叶袖式切除10例,左肺上叶袖式切除7例,左肺下叶袖式切除1例,右肺中、下叶袖式切除3例。结果:全组无手术死亡,术后并发肺不张2例,经纤支镜吸痰后治愈。结论:支气管袖式肺叶切除术扩大了手术适应证的范围,最大限度地保留了健康肺组织,提高了患者术后的生存质量。

Objective：To investigate the application and experience of bronchus sleeve lobectomy in the pulmonary surgical operation.Methods：There were 21 pulmonary tumor patients who followed sleeve lobectomy,this operation style of the group included 10 cases of sleeve resection of the right upper lobe,7 cases of sleeve resection of the left upper lobe,1 case of sleeve resection of the left lower lobe,3 cases of sleeve resection of the right middle and lower lobe.Results：There was no operative death in all.After sucking sputum with fiberoptic bronchoscope,the two patients with pulmonary atelectasis were cured.Conclusion：Sleeve lobectomy amplifies the scope of indication of operation,increases the efficiency of treatment.and does our utmost to preserve the functional pulmonary parenchyma,improves the quality of life of operated patients with pulmonary tumors.
