摘要
针对无刷直流电机实际相电流波形跟理想波形存在差别进行分析研究。分别建立基于理想反电势和实际反电势的无刷直流电机Simulink模型,对两种模型分别做不同负载下的仿真,比较其相电流波形并进行实验验证。通过分析得出:电机设计中多方面因素造成的线反电势波形不理想是导致实际相电流波形跟理想波形存在差别的原因。
By analyzing the difference between real phase current waveform and ideal one of brushless DC motor,the brushless DC motor model was built based on ideal phase current waveform and real phase current Waveform by applying Simulink.The simulations of phase current waveform under different loads were compared.The theoretical analysis and experiment result show that difference is due to line-voltage change caused by many influencing factors in process of motor designing.
