异步电机转子不对称故障仿真与检测研究 被引量:1

摘要 转子故障是目前感应电机的主要故障之一,对其进行故障诊断的方法很多,但普遍研究都很少考虑电机拖动波动负荷运行对转子故障特征提取的影响。该文在考虑负荷波动影响情况下,建立电机转子不对称故障仿真模型,利用幅值校正频谱细化技术减少频谱泄漏,提取转子故障特征频率。该方法一方面提高提取故障特征频率的准确度,另一方面相比传统细化频谱方法,计算量和运行所占内存减少。通过模型仿真及实验结果验证该方法在负荷周期波动情况下提取转子故障特征是可行的。 Rotor fault is one of the important faults of motors,and there were too many methods to diagnosis it,however,lots of researches didn't consider the effect to distill the character of rotor fault when the motor drags the period fluctuant load.On the condition of the effect,the author built motor rotor asymmetries model,reduced frequency spectrum leakage and distilled rotor fault character by remedied magnitude and zoom frequency spectrum.This method could improve the veracity of fault distilling and reduce the computation time and memory room when compared with traditional zoom spectrum.The model emulation and experimental result.Show that the method is feasible to distill rotor fault characteristic frequency in dragging period fluctuant load.
