摩托车用永磁无刷起动/发电机合一系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中提出一种由高性能稀土永磁无刷电机和双向变换器构成的摩托车起动/发电机合一系统,并对该系统的主电路拓扑结构、起动机的起动特性、发电机的调压特性和恒压控制的实现进行了详细介绍。最后,通过实验验证了该系统能够较好地实现起动和发电双重功能。 The research on PM brushless starter generator has raised widely attention and has been the study focus in the field of electrical technology for vehicle.A new integrated PM brushless starting generator(S/G) composing of high-performance thulium PM motor and bi-directional converter was proposed in the paper.The converter topology,operating principal,control characteristics of starting and generating operation were discussed in detail.A prototype has been developed to verify the feasibility of the system.The Experimental results show that the proposed system can offer good starting and generating performance.The research results can be used for reference by the developer working on the design and application of new-generation S/G products for motorcycle.
