Development and utilization of hydropower and improvement of environment in Gansu

开发当地丰富的水力资源，特别是中小水力资源，对发展不地的经济有着重要的作用，文章论述了甘肃省中小水力资源开发现状，存在问题以及今后水力资源开发的战略和对策。

Gansu is rich in hydropower resources, so that develop water power resources, especially the middle and small scale hydropower plants, played and will play an important role in advancing local economy. The status, problems and future strategies of developing middle and small scale hydropower plants in Gansu province are analyzed.
