摘要 通过并用不同牌号的EVA,以过氧化物Peradox 14为硫化剂,TAC为共硫化剂,硅烷处理型氢氧化铝为阻燃剂,研制了机车用无卤低烟阻燃电缆胶料。结果表明,该产品具有良好的介电绝缘性能、物理机械性能、耐油性能和耐化学药品性能,满足GB/T12528—2008要求。 Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables for locomotives were developed through blending the different grades of EVA and using peroxides(Peradox14) as curing agent,TAC as co-curing agent and silane treated aluminum hydroxide as flame retardant.The results showed that the products had good dielectric insulating properties,physical-mechanical properties,oil resistance and chemical resistance properties,and met GB/T12528-2008 standards.
