增压器涡轮转轴电子束焊接技术应用研究

摘要 分析了增压器涡轮转轴的材质及电子束焊接易产生的缺陷,制订出焊前要采取的措施;应用正交法设计焊接试验,经过抗拉强度检测得出合适的焊接参数;通过显微组织检测分析焊接组织及稳定性,制订了电子束焊接的工艺流程并应用于生产实际。 The material of turbine shaft and the usual produced defects of EBW were analyzed and the measures before the welding were formulated.Through the designed welding experiment with orthogonal method,the appropriate welding parameters were acquired by the inspection of tensile strength.By analyzing the micro-structure and stability of welding,the process flow of EBW was formulated and applied to actual production.
