摘要
IHE提供了一整套用于解决医疗信息系统间互操作问题的解决方案,且通过IHE测试活动验证厂商的系统是否正确实现IHE技术框架。经IHE测试实践发现,多个厂商的医疗信息系统间基于中文的互操作存在一定困难。本文通过分析IHE所依赖的DICOM和HL7两项标准中的相关要求,发现二者对中文编码字符集的规定不一致,而IHE技术框架中又没有相关的补充规定,这是导致中文互操作存在问题的主要原因;再通过对比DICOM与HL7的中文字符编码规定,建议采用两个标准均支持的编码字符集GB 18030—2000和ISO-IR-192作为IHE的中文编码字符集,并将其作为中文本地化扩展增补入IHE技术框架。
IHE published a series of technical frameworks to provide solutions to integrating heahhcare information systems, and tests vendors' systems at carefully planned and supervised events called Connectathons. The testing event in China substantiated that the interoperability problems in IHE still existed when using Chinese characters. Through analyzing Chinese character sets adopted in DICOM and HL7 standard, which were adopted in IHE Chinese character set, we found the inconsistency between two standards, and no guidance existing in IHE technical framework. By contrasting the stipulations of DICOM and the HL7 Chinese character codings,we commanded GB 18030-2000 and ISO - IR - 192 as the IHE Chinese character set in order to solve the interoperability problem.
