摘要 为了实现焊接环境有毒气体浓度的监控,设计了一种基于无线检测技术的气体报警系统。系统采用自定义无线通信协议,实现了监测区域内各探测器节点与主机之间的通信。系统由以单片机为核心的主控器、基于CC1100芯片的现场浓度探测器、触摸式人机界面组成。详细介绍了工作原理和系统结构、软件设计。该系统通过实际组网测试,运行结果表明系统性能稳定,具有较强的抗干扰能力和数据通信能力,应用价值高。 In order to achieve the toxic gases monitoring of welding environment,this article shows a kind of gas alarm system which based on wireless detection technology.The wireless communication protocol is self-defined;it achieves the communication between the master controller and each branch detector in the field.A microcomputer is the core of the master controller,the CC1100 is main single chip of concentration detector, and the touch screen is used as the interface between human and machine.This article described in detail the working principle and system constraction,software design.The experiment results show the performance of the system is stability, and has strong anti-interference ability and data communication capabilities, has strong potential of application.
