摘要
在分析不同充填接顶率对采矿安全影响的基础上,探讨了影响充填接顶率的原因,提出了通过改造充填隔离墙和滤水井提高采场的滤水速度,通过研制三通阀实现充填引路水与洗管水的场外排放以及通过发明的充填滤水器提高充填料浆的浓度等技术措施与方法,提高了充填接顶率,实现了密实充填,从而解决了充填采矿法中长期存在的技术问题。
Based on the analysis of the mining safety with different rate of supporting pit roof,the reason of affecting the rate of supporting pit roof was discussed,and some technical measures have been proposed,including increasing filtering velocity through transforming the separating wall and the filtering well,realizing off-board discharge of the water for leading way and washing pipe through developing three-way valve,and increasing the concentration of filling slurry with the invented filter for filling.Those methods raise the rate of supporting pit roof,achieving compact filling and resolving a long existed technical problem in the drift-and-fill mining.
